Initial
Booking Consultation (Approximately
30-90 minutes)
At
this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions,
transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing detailed
instructions on how to care for your pets. (If an additional visit is needed for key pick and or paper work
then there will be $5 pick up fee plus mileage if applicable)

Short visit can be used as a quick walk or potty
break, litter box cleaning, or even a 3rd feeding. |

Note:
- Please schedule adequate time to
provide the services requested. If your pet or home needs more time then
scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you. Yard pickup,
watering and other average tasks are included in base price. More difficult
tasks are $3-$6 extra per 15 minutes.
- Additional trips to the home
to pick up or return keys beyond the initial consultation will result
in a $5 charge and mileage if applicable.
- 2 hour range required, assumed if not listed
- Visits before 8am or after 10pm add $3 charge and mileage if applicable
A separate signed & completed Service Request is also due for
each service, before each service start
Note: Travel Charges may apply. Rates per mile are as follows:

Additional Pets
I normally do not charge extra for additional pets, however if more time is required to care for the additional pets than the time requested, I would include that in the rate.
Example: If you book a 30 min visit and you want me to walk your 3 dogs but I need to walk one of the dogs separately from the other 2 dogs, I would have to charge an additional charge for the extra time it would take. If you have any questions or concerns just let me know.
Payment
may be made via cash, check and
credit card. Payment is
expected upon receipt of invoicing.

to use at your next sitting appointment (Only one Discount Coupon can be redeemed
per Sitting assignment) .
Extreme Weather Conditions Policy:
During extreme weather conditions I will use caution in exercising your pet outside. If it's too cold or too hot I will take your pet for a potty break and then have more inside activity rather than risk his/her health.
I will base my decision on the local weather advisory listed on my site.
Also you should have a neighbor or other back up emergency plan in the event that the roads are not open for travel.
